Friday Friends: Meet Ilona, a compassionate & clarity coach

Meet Ilona, who is one of the special human for me.
We have been exchanging our Oracle card readings on weekly basis for the last year and a half! She has been my constant cheerleader and a compassionate friend.

That said, after years of studying and coaching she has finally decided to have a website (I know right:), where she opened her heart & a generous hand to all of us who need it <3

Do check her out as she is an amazing lady and a manifestor by Human design <3

  1. How do you serve others with your business?
I serve women through self-compassion coaching. Self-compassion in my opinion is being able to sit with yourself during the messy parts of life and coming through with growth and not just the pain of the messiness. I do this because I feel called to help women transform the most important relationship they have- the one with themselves!

  2. What is your story? Why did you start doing what you do?
I have gone through what a lot of us struggle with in this lifetime— health struggles, heartbreak, spiritual confusion, workaholism, workplace abuse, to name a few.

Then one day, life started to show me a bit of magic and I was able to use that magic to pull myself out of the pain those struggles kept me in. That is when I found coaching and I knew it was the right path for me!

I started with holistic health coaching but transitioned to a mindfulness and self-compassion focus because I found that they way you treat yourself mentally and spiritually directly impacts your physical self.

  3. The most amazing/inspiring story in your business?
The most amazing part of coaching is seeing women step into their power. I have clients who are told they look like they’re glowing now that they own their self-worth, or who are finally stepping into their leadership and people are paying them what their worth. It is so beautiful to witness and honor to be their guide to these results.
  4. The funniest/embarrassing story in your business?
I don’t know if I have any funny embarrassing moments. What I can say is “funny” about my work is how much love I have for each of my clients after working with them— there is such a bond that arises from doing the deep emotional work that it can be hard to walk away from what we’ve created. It’s “funny” in a can’t believe that would happen sort of way.
  5. If you could do/make/change anything in your business what would that be?
If I could change anything it would be having faith in myself to start sooner. I am slowly adopting the done is better than perfect mentality. There are so many of us with gifts and we’re waiting “for the right moment” to make it happen. For any of you reading this, it’s never going to be perfect! Love yourself and your work so much and put yourself at service to the world. There are humans waiting to receive your gift, just as you are now!
